SysCAD 3D artifacts

When the SysCAD connector and runtime are available, opening a .syscad artifact creates an embedded 3D workspace instead of launching a separate application.

The viewer can expose the model tree, viewport, selected-object properties, camera controls, and session status. Selection is synchronized between the tree and viewport. Available actions depend on the current artifact and the tools contributed by the active connector.

If the connector, renderer, or session service is unavailable, Mogick keeps the tab and shows a readable degraded state. It does not treat an empty viewport as a successful load.

SysCAD tools are also visible through /mcp, including model query, viewport snapshot, export, save, and session-management capabilities when they are connected.
