Models, Tools and Diagnostics

Mogick desktop currently places model, execution mode, and external tool entries near the session and workspace on the right. When encountering connection or tool issues, you can first confirm the current available capabilities from these portals.

Models and Patterns

The current execution mode and model are displayed at the bottom of the session input area. Before sending a message, you can confirm:

  • Whether the current model meets the mission objectives.
  • Whether the current model is available.
  • Whether the send button is clickable.

If the model list is empty or the send button is unavailable, you usually need to check the account, model service, or enterprise model gateway configuration first.

External tools

The external tools menu in the upper right corner of the session area will display the detection status of Sysplorer, Syslab and other tools. Gray items indicate that the corresponding tool is not currently detected.

The file tree on the right will also provide external opening capabilities based on file types:

  • .mo files can be opened with Sysplorer.
  • .jl files can be opened with Syslab.
  • Other files can be opened with system default programs.

Diagnostic processing

If you encounter connection failure, model unavailability, or external tools unavailability, it is recommended to check in the order of Troubleshooting first.

When contacting support, please try to provide:

  • The project name when the problem occurred.
  • Currently selected mode and model.
  • Detection status in external tools menu.
  • Screenshots of connection failure or unavailable prompts.
