New features & improvements

• Network recovery: continuously checks the network after a disconnection and resumes the response as soon as connectivity returns; makes only one attempt for connection refusals or certificate errors; no longer attempts recovery retries after generation is stopped manually
• Change review: includes files modified by MCP tools and excludes intermediate files from the change list
• MCP tools: improved call logic to prevent repeated call loops

Bug fixes

• Context usage: fixed the usage display after model retries to show only the context usage of the most recent request
• TUI: fixed an issue that prevented the TUI and APP from starting simultaneously
• Tools: fixed a number of tool defects
